Publisher Compliance Guide

Clickaine reserves the right to pause and ban Publishers that affect Advertisers which we may consider negative, without a need for prior notice.

Using any of the websites or ad placements that violates Compliance Guide listed below will lead to a permanent account ban with no payout.

• Free/shared hosting domains (such as .TK / .ML / .GA / .CF / .GQ, Tumblr, and Blogspot blogs etc.) are not accepted.
• The website could not be reached (This means that we cannot see the content because of some error)
• Low quality website: Publishers sites with poor content, non-cohesive design or duplicated templates, not offering neither enough traffic history nor added value to users, will be declined.
• Previous fraudulent activity Your website was rejected to participate in our monetization program due to previous fraudulent activity, by the use of any tools that artificially generate impressions or clicks are not permitted. Further cooperation with your current account is limited due to the websites you currently have.
• Websites can not promote illegal activities e.g. rape/incest/drug taking/hacking etc.

Prohibited Ad placements:

• Fake “close button” use
• Ad placement that overlay fake video players with/without a close button
• Display Ad placement that is hidden in a transparent layer
• Ad placements that auto-redirect the page without user action or auto-refresh
• Static ad placement that overlay another Ad
• Ad placed in floating blocks, that move with page scroll and/or are displayed over a website’s content without a close button
• Call-to-click or misleading headings at the top of the Ad (e.g. Click twice (2х) to close, Click to download, Click to Watch video, Click on ads, Check our Sponsors and please click an ad to support this site)
• Ads placed with arrows or other symbols pointing to the Ad
• Ad placements that are covered by a website’s content
• Ad frequency capping change, without an approval from Clickaine platform or Clickaine representatives

All materials should be complied with a part of the United States Code of Federal Regulations, The Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act 2257

• Video preview thumbnails,video content and images and member areas must be 2257 compliant
• Child pornography is strictly prohibited
• Underage characters are strictly prohibited
• Any visual representation of sexual activities by any persons, real or imaginary, under the age of 18 years
• Any content that displays a person portrayed under the age of 18 years and is engaged, or portrayed as engaged, in explicit sexual activities
• Any campaigns displaying persons/performers who are, or look, underage strictly prohibited
• Incest is prohibited
• Beastiality is strictly prohibited
